OK, time for the Russian part. Let's begin :)
Flag B
Like playing on the US side, the first thing you wanna do is get to B. Flag A needs only 1 or 2 players to capture, not 99.
Most of the time the Russian would be the first to get to B, so you have more time to build up defenses by the 3 bottlenecks - the A side escalator, C side escalator, and the 2 entrances of locker room. Claymore and C4 work magic often, and 1 or 2 snipers won't hurt, like in the ticket booth, by the gates..etc.
If the US team doesn't hold their ground well, nor do they cover each others back, then it's easy for the Russians to take over B. Try each bottleneck to find the weakest one, and start it there, like when they are focusing on the locker room side of the wall, then you can attack them from the other side, even flank them from behind.
If the US team is covering each other, then you'd better watch for enemy fires coming at tricky angles, like when you are at right side of the wall, watch out for hostiles by stairs.
Blockade, Blockade, Blockade
There's only one way to ensure victory for Russian - stop anyone trying to get pass your line.
Out of the 3 bottlenecks, the A side escalator is the most overlooked, followed by the locker room. So put Claymores or stuff there, and have guys watching.
Otherwise if someone makes it to A, then you're gonna have a hard time to win, as it provides many hideouts for enemy, and your team would have less people holding B if you try to take it back, or worse, you can't even try because your team is being attacked from both sides.
Hold Ticket Booth to Death
If you lose B, you may still have a chance taking it back. But if you lose the line at the ticket booth, 7 times out of 10 it's GAME OVER. As it's really hard and costs way too many tickets to make it back there. So this is something you can't afford to lose. You may wanna give smoke or M320 a shot. They do help in such situation a lot.
Flag C
Attacking C is very simple - push your line, and occasionally watch for each other's sectors, all the way to the US spawn. There are usually snipers on the right tunnel, providing covering fire for their team to flank the 2 entrances to the center hallways where Russians are defending. So when someone goes down there, raise your alert.
And that's about it! For Russia!
